Our teams are working around the clock to bring the Customs Processing Platform back to the robustness that renders responses within seconds.

An issue is being experienced with some Customs Supporting Documents ID codes resulting in successfully submitted supporting documents not attaching to cases.

This will be evidenced by not receiving a CUSRES 33 confirming the attachment of the token-id as was received on the submission.

The issue is mainly related to the use of Document ID code “TRD”.

If this code was used, please resubmit supporting documents using another code as per the below list.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
